LEXI is a virtual legal assistant developed by iLex a LegalTech startup. LEXI is built on IBM Watson’s Artificial Intelligence Technology. As a first feature LEXI has “learned” to answer questions about civil law, demonstrating the potential of the technology. Since the introduction of LEXI in 2017, iLex further develops artificial intelligence-based legal and business solutions for professional use on IBM technology bases. LEXI AI Generation contestants will have an insight into the practical use of Watson Assistant which is one of IBM’s multiple Watson Artificial Intelligence solutions and they have the opportunity to build their own human-machine dialogue.
